Email to my supervisors

(name of supervisor 1) & (name of supervisor 2)-

When we received the most recent utility bills I noticed that 1 of the vacant apartments had a bill of $42.46.

This seemed odd, because normally the bills for the vacant apartments are between $6 - $9. I left a note for (the maintenance lady) asking how a vacant apartment could have an electric bill that high and she left me a note saying "(the old property manager) was using it".

The period of the bill was 6/06/2007 - 07/12/2007.

Do you want me to pay this bill? Does (the old property manager) still have keys to this building? Do we need to change the locks on all the buildings?

Please advise.

Thanks,
(me)
