Why I Have to Leave: Case in Point

Ok, today is case in point of why I have to leave this job:
I started training my replacement today. It's officially my last day as the only one in charge (I don't get to work full time at my new job with the company until next week).

I spent 1 1/2 hours of it helping the first family I ever moved in here fill out court paperwork because the son is getting deported & they speak Spanish and can't understand it. They are great tenants, always pay rent, and are a fantastic family.

MEANWHILE, f-ing (name of drug dealer I evicted) is still up the block dealing drugs free as a bird and I put an eviction on (his wife's) record and got her kicked off the
Section 8 program.

My dad always used to say, "If you really want to make a difference in the world, deal drugs."
I always thought that was a joke.
IT'S NOT.
